In the event that you have
to cancel your attendance at a course more than 30 days before your course start
date, you will be refunded your course tuition less a processing fee of $100.00.
In the
event that you have to cancel your attendance at a course between 29 and 14 days
before your course start date, you will be refunded 50% of your course tuition.
In the event that you
have to cancel your attendance at a course 13 days or less before your course start
date, we will unfortunately be unable to refund any of your course tuition due to
unrecoverable costs to prepare for your course.
You may send a substitute
or transfer to another CCF class without penalty 30 days prior to the start date
of the class.
If you transfer to another CCF class 29 days or less from your original
course start date, the cancellation and refund policies listed above will apply.
No-shows
cannot transfer payment to another CCF class and will not receive a refund.
All courses are subject to cancellation.
Payments for cancellations
will result in a credit valid for one year (refundable upon request) from date of
the cancelled class.
When a course is cancelled, CCF assumes
no responsibility for non-refundable airline tickets or lodging expenses.
We highly recommend
getting trip cancellation insurance from Travel Guard to protect your course investment
if you have to unexpectedly cancel your course at the last minute or if you miss
your flight before your course starts.
