has invested his professional life assisting individuals
in identifying their goals, dreams and action plans
to realize the life of their dreams. He is an international
speaker, coach and consultant and has worked with such
companies as Wendy’s International, Keihin North
America, AFC Enterprises, and Sara Lee. He has proven
ability to build relationships, deliver results and
assist others to take the next step toward success.
Working with Buddy Ward, Bill is responsible for overseeing
programs and training in Tennessee, Kentucky, Louisiana,
Oklahoma, Arkansas, Oregon and Washington. |

Shelley
Flynn |
Shelley
has been a lawyer for more than 20 years working for
some of the largest banks and financial services companies
in Canada and the United States. She specialized in
the areas of Wealth Management, Government Relations,
Compliance and Privacy law and also operated her own
law practice with offices in Yorkville, Toronto and
downtown St. Catherine's in the Niagara Region. Shelley
also received training in the areas of Family Law Mediation
and Collaborative Family Law which helps couples transition
through the divorce process in a way that least impacts
the children.
Shelley is responsible for overseeing operations in
upstate New York, Connecticut, Vermont, Alberta, Saskatchewan,
and Manitoba. |

Dionne
McIntosh |
As
a mother of 5 growing children Dionne comes by her coaching
expertise naturally! We are very fortunate to have such a
wonderfully gifted teacher to offer our programs in the Caribbean
Islands. Originally from Canada, Dionne and her family will
soon be based out of Jamaica!
Dionne oversees all training programs in the Caribbean and
conducts training programs in Jamaica, Bermuda, Trinidad,
Puerto Rico, the Cayman Islands, Turks and Caicos Islands,
Barbados, and Aruba. Her students come from all over the world
to combine a 2 day coaching certification course with a vacation!

I have seen literally thousands of young people catch on
to the truth of being able to make a success of there life
no matter their background, or the color of there skin.
Young and old alike have a hidden potential in them that
needs to be explored, developed and released, so that they
can enjoy abundant living.
Derrick’s
values and vision have so mirrored my own that it would
have been foolish of me to be part of anything else! As
a professionally trained speaker and communicator, my other
passion is to release the communicator in all of us, so
that whatever area of life you are involved in, when you
speak people sit up and listen!"

Ward |
Katherine’s career has been in Information Technology
Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Business Development.
As Vice President of Quality Assurance for a large IT consulting
firm, Katherine’s responsibility has been to ensure
the goals and expectations of the clients are achieved. Primary
keys to accomplishing this have been to blend internal and
external teams into one synergistic team, clearly communicate
each goal, action plan, and accountability for results.
Katherine is responsible for conducting
our certification training programs in Los Angeles and San
Diego.

As
a former broadcaster Tim's voice and presentation skills help
make him an empowering instructor for CCF. Tim's background
in sales, marketing and business development inspire our new
coaches to learn new and timely techniques on building their
coaching practice that can be implemented right away.
